Muse

'Muse means debt' - self-authored.

'Muse of time teach us our recollections' from Auden, 'Homage to Clio'.

'Call the Muses home', from Yeats' poem 'Those Images'.

A head – hopefully free of cliché. Thoughts about Muse sculptures (Picasso of Dora Marr; Manzu of Inge) sat along with the sense of making something at once archaic and contemporary. The lettering became like graffiti on a worn wall.
One quoted line from Yeats; one from Auden; and one self-authored.
